It was Hunting with Heroes pleasure to honor Brian Scott Gamroth and America’s Disabled Veterans Friday evening, May 12, at the Brian Scott Gamroth Memorial Hunt Banquet in Casper, WY.
Special guests included Brian’s wonderful family and close friends; several brave men and women who served our country; United States Senator, John Barrasso; former Wyoming Governor, Mike Sullivan; Wyoming State Representative, Pat Sweeney; Natrona County Commissioner and Rancher, Rob Hendry; Director of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, Scott Talbott; and many, many more friends and colleagues who loved him dearly.
Brian was an original Hunting with Heroes team member, guiding Hunting with Heroes first elk hunt in 2014. Josh Black, the Hero Brian guided on that first elk hunt, was there Friday to help us celebrate Brian. In 2016, Brian’s family donated his last elk license to Hunting with Heroes, and we hosted our first annual Brian Scott Gamroth Memorial Hunt in his honor. We will be eternally grateful for all that he did throughout the years to support our veterans and our program.
Special thanks to all who joined us, and donated generously to help us give back to our nation’s disabled veterans.
